No. Founded in 2024, Usta Veranda does not manufacture the aluminium. We source aluminium in bulk from suppliers in the Netherlands and Germany, alongside factories in Turkey supplying high-quality aluminium. We bring these materials together with a personal approach to your project.

Yes. Our online visualizer lets you explore your veranda design. Visit our Finance page if you would also like an indicative installed-price estimate.

Your price depends on the design, dimensions, roof and selected additions. Use our Finance page estimator for an indicative price, or send us your project details for a tailored quotation.

Yes. Prices in our Finance page estimator include VAT and installation. Selected enclosures and accessories are added separately.

No. Online estimates are a guide. Our team will confirm measurements, specifications and the final quotation following a site survey.

Our typical lead time is 1–5 weeks from confirmation of final measurements and specification, depending on stock availability and fitting schedules. We hold an extensive stock range, and items not currently available can be ordered. Our team will confirm the expected schedule with your quotation.

Professional installation usually takes 1–2 days on a prepared site. Timing depends on the project and will be confirmed with your quotation.

Measure the available width along your house wall and the projection you would like towards the garden. These measurements help us prepare an initial estimate; our team will confirm the final measurements.

On a compatible iPhone or iPad, choose your veranda in Step 1 of the visualizer, select its colour in Step 2, then open AR in Step 3. AR helps you assess your space, but does not replace our team’s final measurements.

It depends on your property, its location and the size and position of the veranda. Many verandas can be built under permitted development rights, but this isn't automatic. For example, flats, listed buildings, properties in conservation areas and homes where permitted development rights have been removed usually need planning permission. Please check with your local planning authority or the Planning Portal before going ahead. We're happy to give general guidance from your photos and measurements.

Please discuss your patio, foundations, access and any existing structures with our team. We will confirm the preparation required for your project.

Yes. Finance options are available through Ideal4Finance for professionally installed projects only, subject to status and lender approval. Supply-only orders are not eligible. Finance is optional. You can also pay by Visa, Mastercard or bank transfer.

The minimum finance deposit is 25% of the agreed project price, with larger deposits permitted to reduce the amount you borrow.

Apply after agreeing your final quotation with Usta Veranda. If your application is approved, you'll pay your minimum 25% deposit by debit or credit card. Entering a deposit amount in the calculator does not make a payment.

Yes. You can explore the available options on our Finance page before deciding how to proceed. Any illustrative repayment figures are estimates, not a lender offer.

Yes. These can be added in future phases. Our team can advise on compatible options for your veranda and help you plan future additions.

No. The 10-year product warranty applies regardless of payment method, subject to the applicable warranty terms.

Clean with a soft cloth and warm soapy water, avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners, and keep sliding door tracks free of debris. Contact us for advice on any fitted accessories.
